I am taking olmesar 20 mg from 3 years my BP is normal, so I want to stop olmesar 20 mg and start olmesar 10 mg so please tell me shall I start or not, yaa continue olmesar 20 mg, Please suggest me.

Hi, you can stop olmesar and monitor bp for 6 weeks. If does not rise then continue without bp medicines. I think you donot need bp medicines if doing regular walking. But please monitor your bp for at least 6 weeks after stopping medicines.
