Can this medicine be replaced by natural sources, I mean fruits, nutrient rich diet etc. Or there?s no side effect of taking this medicine. if I stop this medicine, I usually feel panic disorders. Like fear of death and excessive thought. Etc. Age 33, male, working as assistant professor.
