HI, I am 37 years old, I just done kidney biopsy after few days I developed infections and have ascites. I am already done operation from taking the fluid and now im taking pan40 mg for more than a month. Should I stop it? I am here now in my home country for 1 month to rest and treatment but my new doctor not recommend me to stop or change the medicine. What should I do? I did not feel gas anymore and now the swelling of my feet is coming back. Is this the cost of taking long term of this medicine Pan40?

You can stop pan 40. Swelling in the feet could be because of kidney. Since you had kidney biopsy you should stay in touch with a nephrologist.
