I am Female 55 yrs. Having B.P. Using Telma H 40. Morning my B.P. 130/77evening it is going high of 140/85 like this. I am a diabetic patient using diabetic medication al so. Kindly help me to use medication please.

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Small variation in BP during the day is common. However, since you have diabetes also, it is necessary to have strict glucose control along with BP control. As you have not given any information regarding that (glucose levels, HbA1c5 and drugs being taken), it is difficult to give any suggestions. Another important aspect is your weight with a BMI of 33.6 kgs/Sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter), you have an excess of of over 26 kgs. This is a major hinderence for BP and glucose control.
