I am 28 years old and diagnosed with Chondromalacia patella grade 1 in Left Knee. Doing some PT for strengthening weak thigh muscles. After examination of skyline view X-Ray, my doctor mentioned that, there is some mal tracking of Patella. Can I fully recover from this condition?

Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting, stairs. Do Quadriceps strengthening exercises. Get serum B12 and vitamin D levels checked. Take lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Milk and milk products. IF no improvement consult arthroscopic surgeon.
