Pain in lower back pain in left leg seems some one pulling the nerve, burning sensation in leg at the time of pain. Some problem with L4 L5 spinal. DiD MRI I will share that as well if it's possible here to attach. Need advice on what to do. I am not interested for operation.

If the pain is not very severe start doing flexion stretching exercises and some analgesics but if the pain is very severe and MRI shows severe compression surgery is a gid option. Now a days it is done by microscope small cut and no bed rest fast recovery.
