My father 65 years old diabetic suffering from transudative unilateral left sided pleural effusion from past 1 month. Blood reports & fluid reports are negative. No malignancy diagnosed NO TB diagnosis. Vitals stable. Undiagnosed pleural effusion. He is in a state of delirium. Blood sugar above 250 levels. Streptomycin 1gm giving as ATT WHAT SHOULD WE DO FURTHER.

It's very much higher,,u should change ur doctor ,,avoid sugar n sugary products,,avoid carbohydrate,,take more fruits take,,protein,,have to do regular exercise or jogging,,
