I have acne pits all around my face. I have undergone more than 15 chemical peels 3 years back. But now my pits are terrible. I am 30 years old. When guys see my face I am rejected for marriage. Please suggest the best solution. I had consulted a doctor today and was advised microdermabrasion. Is it effective in giving a permanent solution? Another doctor suggested fractional rf micro needling and told dermabrasion is out dated. Please suggest.

You have options (1) microneedling (2) fractional rf (3) fractional co2 laser ,these are effective if the scars are deep. In not so deep scar, dermabrasion may work. Chemical peels are not helpful for scars.
