My 10 years old twins daughters having plum body. They are not very overweight and they are very active too But still looks plum. Their height is around 4.5" and weight around 42 KG

Their height percentile is 97%ile: very good Their weight percentile is 90%ile BMi percentule is 50%ile. Overall it is good according to IAP growth charts. No need to worry, probably they are broad built girls

Their BMI is around 24..it's quite high..indulge them in games and physical activities.. you can do a thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism too.
