I am a 20 year old woman and I have been getting treated for depression and anxiety for the last 3 years. I am currently on D-Veniz and Zapiz 0.25 mg (2 per day). I am worried about the effects of benzos as I have heard they can be extremely addictive and can make the situation worse. I honestly feel more productive on zapiz but scared at the same time that it might be bad for me. My doctor says it's okay but I am not so sure.
