Sir, I'm suffering from anxiety from last 2 months and recently started struggling with palpitations and rapid heart beat (mostly while sleeping) that leads to discomfort in my left chest. Doctors prescribed me stablon 12.5 mg and betacap tr 40. Before I was taking -pexep cr 12.5 and petril md. I 'm confused which medicines should I follow and what is best for avoiding racing heart beats as it makes me more anxious.

Pexep is better than stable, but better consult a psychiatrist and get proper assessment and then get treated. Also if needed cognitiive behavioural therapy needs to be combined. All the best.
