In July month I have gone for abdominal scanning it shows multiple kidney stones in both kidneys. Checked two times kidney function test all normal. But now my both back side is painful. Now again can I go for abdominal scan?

Yes better to repeat a scan. If stones are small Dr. no plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres and take syp k-cit 15 ml thrice daily in a glass of water for 2-3montha. If stones are big better to get it removed endoscopically by a urologist.
