Hi, I am 22 and I brush my teeth twice a day but while brushing from 7 to 8 days. I had noticed that I got small amount of gap between in my teeth maximum there is a gap between 3/4 teeth please provide me your best suggestion dear doctor.

Hi, it is more important to brush wisely (like not using a harder brush, using a better brushing technique, not brushing for too long or with too much of force) than number of times you do. These gaps can be due to numerous reasons like gingivitis, or the little physiological movements etc. It is more advisable to visit the nearest dentist and get a proffessional advice which is specific to your condition.
