Last year I had prepatellar knee bursitis and I had some physiotherapy and followed by Ayurvedic treatment for 14 days. The conditions is not worse now. But the problem is I am still finding difficult to kneel down and put thekneeon the floor, it's kind of something stretching inside. Will this be a lifelong. I am unable to do some Yoga poses, can't sit down with folding leg and can't even Dance which is my distressing. If I walk more than 15 min I get knee pain. There is no swelling or inflammation. Please suggest some treatment or exercises.

I would recommend continue quadriceps strengthening exercise. I don't think there is anything else to worry from what you have told.
