Mr. Arif, Thanks for the query. Since 11 years if you are having uncontrolled diabetes, then there is bound to weight loss. Plus there may be a possibility having long term complications associated with diabetes. Ideally gasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8 (not mentioned). It is clear that your current treatment is not at all helping in achieving the desired glucose control. There is a serious need for upgrading the treatment, plus one has to give a clser look at your diet and extent of daily exercise. It is better if you come in a private conversation (paid consultation) with all the information mentioned, then I will be able to guide specifically and also prescribe necessary medication. Plus there is a need for monitoring glucose levels more closely. Otherwise consult a local diabetologist and get the treatment upgraded. Thanks.
