I do not know my problem is I'm suffering some psychological issues ,I can not sit in one place stay attention on one thing even I can not do one thing long, sometimes I walking very fast sometimes with out knowing me ,i do not like to talk with other people, and sometimes im fear to reach new place, and im feel very sad sometimes, whats my problem is? And I have not any mood to go new places?

Hi it would have been better if you could detail about your family and professional life. And little bit about your past experiences, well from this present situation I would like to suggest you to practice breathing exercises and try to meditate. That is to say do not force yourself to meditate coz that will result in more anxiousness. Stay calm try to read your self and try to live in present. Sometimes when we have bad/sad experiences in the past our mind fails to come out of it and it remains in our subconscious mind which affect us with intermittent sad thoughts and which makes us sad unknowingly. U can meet some good psychologist in your town and consult. Till then concentrate on happy things in your life ,go for walks, meet people. All the best.
