My aunt has been diagnosed with Chronic circular Cystitis and apparently have a number of cardiac complications as her ECG reads "Abnormal ECG with abnormality in ST and T segments and possible anterolateral ischemia. I have her ECG, USG, HOLTER AND HOLRE P2 reports. If you could kindly advise on the preferred route of treatment and other useful clinical opinion, I would be more than obliged and grateful.

She needs a cardiologist opinion for ecg changes. Regarding cystitis please get her urine culture and sensitivity done and start antibiotics according to the sensitivity report.
