I am 51 year female and was diagnosed for hyperthyroidism three months back. I was given Mercazole 50 mg daily and had allergy which was discontinued by my doctor. Now I am taking LPU 2*50 mg thrice a day. Although T 3 and T4 are under control but doctor has advised to continue the same for next two months. Kindly advise if treatment is on the line.

Hello, Thanks for the query. It is better if you mention the full form of LPU, because I am unable to understand what is this ingredient. Plus it is necessary to give exact levels of T3, T4 & TSH to make any suggestions or comments. Thanks.
