I am 18 year old girl with sensitive, oily, pimple prone, acne prone skin. I use zitmoist moisturizer, ahaglow facewash, and recently a dermatologist prescribed me to use peroclin 2.5%. I am using it but my skin seems filled with very tiny bumps specifically more on those areas where I am applying that gel. Please tell me should I continue using it or any other solution? And also I were applying that gel immediately after using moisturizer, is this process correct?

Dear lybrate-user, Peroclin 2.5% is a combination of 2 medicines and is recommended for treatment of acne. Peroclin should be applied on the affected area immediately after washing your face. Peroclin does have a few side effects which tend to decrease with continued usage, however, if the skin feels or appears worse after applying Peroclin, I would suggest you to visit your doctor for a review. A good skin care routine should comprise of using soap free face wash twice a day, sunscreen with SPF 30-50, 3-4 times a day, drinking atleast 2 bottles of water in a day, a good balanced diet and regular exercise. Thank you.
