Hi doctor, I am working 8 hrs on computer. I am suffering from hypertension 146/94. When ever I check the reading comes same. From last 2 year I have the same issue. I got tested every test related to this issue like RBS FBD, LFT, RFT, color Doppler, hb and other misc test. Everything is normal except for the liver enzymes which was slightly increase. But doctor told me it was not co related with blood pressure issue. Please let me know what should I do.

Measure BP only once every 2 month on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes. Consider BP medicine if all values are above 140. High liver enzymes often indicate fatty liver. Hypertension, diabetes, fatty liver are inter related. Improve your diet. Avoid foods like alcohol sugar, high glucose foods as they lead to these 3 modern health problems.
