I am 30 Male. Now I am having blood pressure so Am taking Nebistar 5 MG one tablet per day. Before using tablet my BP was - 164/:04/01/2019 after using tablet my BP was - 140/90: 07/01/2019 Dr. said to me to continue the tablet life long. Is there any option stop Tablet? If I continue the tablet what are the side effects I want to face? Is there any option to escape from the BP?

Not much side effects of beta blockers. If there are any minor effects the medicine can be changed, side effects are not permanent. You can try exercise and diet, and it may be possible to reduce or stop medicine gradually later. Reduce sugar jaggery and alcohol and starches in diet. Do not adhere to any additional diet restrictions, no matter how knowledgeable you feel you are.
