I got fever 7 days before but I am fine but these cold sore they are so awayful I got one cold sore 3 days before on my upper lip I immediately take acyclovir -400 mg and some other medicine to cure it but today early morning when I was washing my face I saw one more cold sore again on my lower lip. What should I do to cure them? Please help me.
