I am a 50 year male .weight 72 kg. Height 175 cm. I used to exercise till my age 49.[weight lifting ,thumbles.] Nowadays I get body pain when doing these exercise even upto 6 kg weight .Is it normal to my age? Will I have to stop doing these exercises at this age? If so what is alternate method to burn calories?

I've seen males and females in their 70s being more active and energetic compare to there grand children. Having said that, I suggest you to consult your family physician.
