I can see a white spot in my throat. Due to which I get throat infections at frequent interval. I also start to have bad breath since it has appeared. Please let me know how can I get rid of it.

For strep throat. Your doctor will prescribe an antibiotic. Your doctor may also recommend over-the-counter medications, such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB), to reduce swelling and pain. Boil a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in water, add bay leaves and some cardamom seeds. After straining the solution, use it as a mouth rinse twice a day. Chewing on a lemon or orange rind will freshen your mouth and add a burst of flavor. The citric acid stimulates saliva production and fights off bad breath.
