If severe pain you may go for root canal but ask your dentist not tob take any x ray.

It's better you don't get x-rays done. The tooth pain may increase. Over the third trimester. You may take tab calpol for pain or fever. And no antibiotics. As of now. You may bite on some clove. If there is pain. But if it's unbearable. Kindly consult your gynaecologist. Before you get anything done.
