Hi, My husband is 86 years old, diabetic and takes 1 Mecomin tablet a day and has no side effects. Now I read ?Aged persons above 50 years of old should avoid taking supplement instead they should ensure replenishment of Mecomin 500 MCG Tablet by taking sufficient animal and dairy products rich in Mecomin 500 MCG Tablet.? So should he cease taking the tablet now?
