I am suffering from Insomnia from 2 years. My insomnia started due to digestive problems. I have gerd. Then doctor consulted me pantakind twice a day after meal ,ranidom antacid thrice a day before meal and ezepam 0.5 mg before going to sleep. I continuing this medicines for 6 months but when I stopped medications then my insomnia and indigestion like bloating and gerd come back. Then it happens continuously .now I stop all medications. I started patanjali divya medha vati two tablets twice a day after meal. Badam organ 2 drops per nostril twice a day. I daily do exercise pranayama and yoga. But I do not feel well. please tell me something that I completely beat my insomnia and digestion problems. I knw that my digestion is affecting due to insomnia.

Eat a early and small dinner. Have warm water bath before going to bed. Better have brisk walk in the evening. Try doing yoga /meditation before going to bed. Fis time of sleep. Avoid day type sleep.
