Hello, I am 28 years old female. I had breathing difficulty and chest congestion in the middle of night some two months back. It would start and go away on its own after one or one and a half hour. I went to doctor and she prescribed me pulmoclear and ebast-m. It became well after taking the medicines. After that I started taking hydroxyzine for dermatographic and the symptoms came back but without chest congestion. Again doctor prescribed montair and it worked. Now my right ankle and sometimes left ankle gets swollen after sitting for long time like in a bus or plane. I also get out of breath after climbing stairs or some moderate activity?. My blood pressure is usually 110/80. Does this have something to do with heart or is it something else?
