In how many days provonal, sulpitac,szetalo, will start working in case of depression. please suggest .will it work or not? Please its urgent. Give me some suggestion for severe depression. And now feel like I can never get better and feel happy .please suggest the good and proper treatment .24 hrs negative thoughts comes in mind. Which are totally uncontrollable by me now. And m student so my studies are also being very effected due to this. Please sugest any good and proper treatment. Feeling of fear has come into mind. Surviving .single second is becoming difficult. Keeping myself busy or counselling is also not helping.

Usually antidepressants starts working within 2 weeks and if you dont see any effect by that time that means your treatment needs to be modified /changed. Sometimes diagnosis also need to be rechecked if one doesn't get desired effects. Depression is easily treatable condition with proper selection of medications. All the best
