I am 50 year age and recently know through x ray that I have cervical early degeneration. Daily when I woke up in the morning I feel dizziness associated with neck pain. As the day progress say in the afternoon my neck pain along with dizziness goes off gradually. My bp is under control as I am taking amlogard 5 mg daily. What is the treatment for it?

Dizziness in cervical spondylitis is a common phenomena ,take tab sturgeon or veering 16 mg twice daily for 5 days it will subside .treat cervical spondylitis with medicines and physical therapy .you need to avoid a large pillow ,do regular neck muscle exercises.
