kindly get a full mouth X-ray done to find out if it is because of infection in the gums or because of caries in a tooth. if it is due to infection in gums then kindly get deep scaling done and use a gum paint twice daily for 15days. if it is because of caries in a tooth then may be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a cap /crown. brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

U need to go for deep scaling and if needed than currettage treatment. With that use regularly gumrest, mouthwash and vit c tab. 1000 mg daily. Avoid hard tooth brush. And change it every month.
