39 yr. Old suffering discolouration of skin colour, develop dark colour{dark brown looking like black} patches on both side of forehead .for these I was taken treatment on skin expert doctor advice ,applying sunscreen{ spf30 or 50},during day time while exposure in sun light & during night before going to bed applying melabest/avemom-ht cream only on dark spots {the above cream is a mixture of hydroquinone + tension + mometasone furoate}cream. Now I am taking above treatment from a so long duration but from the above treatment getting relief till then continue the above treatment, when I was stopped applying such treatment after that arises/develop the same problem similarly as previous. So sir I am kindly requesting you to please advice me the best treatment for getting permanent relief from our this skin disease. Please reply.
