Sir I am having pimples and every summer it's no. Increases but this time even in winter i.e now I have tried azithromycin, doxycycline, isotretinoin,topical benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin what should I do please suggest something.

You have to avoid sunscreen if used ,otherwise you may require oral isotretinoin.

Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
