Cetanil contains celinidipine a drug used for hypertension. Excess use of medicines for hypertension can cause low bp especially if the usage is not monitored by a physician. Please consult your treating doctor get your bp checked regularly and take the medicines as advice of pharmacists.

Yes do not use the medicine twice get you bp checked 3 times in a day for 3 times get consulted to the physician then if bp is on higher side he may change the medicine ok.
