I am a female 23 years old & married .i don't have any problem but as per awareness yesterday I did report of thyroid & I find that my tsh level is 12. But t3 & t4 level is normal so I consult my doctor and started medicine eltroxin 25 mg every day. How dangerous it for my future? It can be controlled by this medicine? It is safe if I am a plan for baby?

You have hypothyroid which means your thyroid gland is producing less hormone than required hence your doctor has prescribed eltroxin which is synthetic thyroid hormone. You have to monitor tsh regularly to adjust the dose of eltroxin. For pregancy it is required and your dose may have to be increased monitoring tsh.
