Hi doctor, my mother is of 60 years old and she is having left axis deviation in ecg report and doctor recommended dysliptin 10 mg for my mother .could you please confirm whether is it is anything serious? Also do I need to take 2d echo for my mother .it would be the great help.

There is no problem with left axis deviation, may be normal variant. You can do an echocardiography.
