Hi Dr. I have some follicle in both ovaries. I had missed my last period. .dr had given me cycloreg tablet. .after that I have to follow birth control pill. .is it pcod? Is this treatment will help me to overcome my problem. .i m 34 years old. Have one child. Dr. has suggested me to have another child. I am not ready for that. Pls suggest is this treatment enough?

Usg and blood tests can diagnose pcod. Birth control pills will regularise your cycles but do not cure pcod. Exercises and lifestyle management, weight reduction should help you ovulate and thus help in regularising your cycles.
