I am a chain smoker. I have tried several methods to quit the addiction, including self-restrain. Nothing seems to be working out. Also, I have gained immense weight over the past 3 years. I used to weigh 67 kilos as of 2016, but my present weight is 83 kilos. I am 5'8 feet in height. Please recommend some measures to counteract my smoking addiction and reduce my weight.

Hey lybrate-user, for smoking you have to make your will very strong and in starting you can take help of nicotex chewing gum. And for weight you have to start following a diet and exercise consult from any professional dietitian she will help you. Thanks.
