I am taking fluvoxamine cr 100 mg from past 2nd half years but from last 4 to 5 days my medicines taking timings have changed although I am taking them regularly but not on ideal time. My scurplosity thoughts are disturbing me much. Why is this happening even after taking medicine. Regularly. And can I take this tablet empty stomach?

Unless you reduce the dose or take any other medication which interfere with fluvoxamine, the symptoms should not come up. This can also can be health anxiety. Try to divert your attention for a week (by means of meditation or physical activity), do not think about symptoms and check after a week. All the best.
