You can go for implant on extraction day only. I.e immediate loading .as when your teeth had been extracted there's a fresh socket present so we do not need to drill the bone more. But as now you have got your extractions done wait for at lest 2 weeks for wound healing. Take your medicines i.e antibiotics and painkillers for at least 5 days after extraction. Warm saline rinses 5 to 6 times 24 hrs after extraction. You can opt for implants later on.

Hi lybrate-user, implants can be immediately put in the socket after extraction except for the cases where infection is present. If not done, they can now be put only after atleast 3 months. After extraction it takes about 1 month for complete healing of wound and 3 months for complete healing of bone inside. But the strict precautions should be taken for 24 hrs. No spitting, rinsing or gargling, no drinking liquids with straws, nothing hot (food or beverage) only cold or at room temperature, no heat application over the area, cold packs are advisable without pressure. No hot and spicy food, only soft food to be taken. All these measures for 24 hrs post extraction. Try to avoid chewing from the affected side. Start warm salt water rinses after 24 hrs of the extraction 6-8 times for 7 days.
