I have severe anxiety and mild depression from the last 7 years. Medication: nexito 10 mg once at bedtime. I have one daughter aged 7 and a half. Can I conceive without leaving the medication?

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation and fear of long-term medication. I sure by now you would have realized that that medicine provides relief only to the symptoms and not the root cause. If you just observe and analyze, the actual root cause behind such anxiety or depression is your anxious or overwhelming or worrying thought. Recommend that you adopt few non medicine treatment plan like psychotherapies or mindset changes techniques, few lifestyle changes, few dietary changes, excersise routines etc manage or control such thoughts.
