I have been doing weight training for 6 months but recently my eye specialist told me to not lift heavy weights because I had laser treatment for retinal tear 3 years ago. So upto what weight i'm safe or should I stop weight training completely? I'm lifting 20 kg in deadlifts and 10 kg in bench press.

Based on your surgery what weight can be lifted by you is the discretion of your eye specialist as per your condition.
