I am 32 aged male, been diagnosed with diabetes since 2015 and my blood sugar fasting levels ranging 160 to 180 or sometimes 200. And pp is 250 or 280 or 200. My weight is 85 kg. I am taking ziglim plus 2 medication.

Mr. lybrate-user, Your fasting & pp glucose levels are very high. Which means that there is no proper glucose control. There is a need to upgrade current treatment plus give a closer look at diet pattern and exercise and weight control. So please consult your local doctor and get the treatment upgraded.
