I am taking peelar c twice daily. As prescribed by doctor. But when I checked my bp it was 170/110. I then took olmat 20 amh also. How many days should I continue taking 3 medicines for bp.

You can review again with the doctor so that the dosage or the medicine itself can be changed. In the meanwhile, spend some time to exercise every day (30 - 40 mins of brisk walking twice a day if possible ). Eat only healthy food: a balanced diet (natural food / organic foods should be preferred) with calories based on your needs (to maintain an ideal weight ). Learn some pranayam and yoga which can influence bp and help improve the status. The intension of treatment is to give suitable medicine with minimum dosage (for which regular health check up and review is necessary ).
