Is dry mouth after 20 days of exposure is a symptom of hiv. Read that in hiv, dry mouth causes due to swallow salivary glands and it will happen only after few years not early. I do not have swelling salivary glands or other nodes. So can we say its not a symptom of hiv. Please confirm.
