Hi, I am in 4th month (16th week) doctor ask me to take this calcium tablet this month from 1st march onwards named (richer cr new vehycal tablets) after taking this tablets I am having green motion already from starting of my pregnancy onwards I am taking fol123 and miprogen 200 can you please advise me because of this vitamin and calcium tablet it will lead to green motion ya advice me please.

It can be taken with or without food and usually doesn't cause stomach upset or gas, a common problem with other types of calcium supplements. It's also less likely to cause constipation, unlike calcium carbonate.

Dark green or black motion can be becouse of iran intake so carefully we wacth the colour of stool and cansult a doctor in case of ather ways.
