Today when I checked my blood sugar level, fbs it is 156 and ppbs is 350. I was taking glycomet 500 from 2015 and stopped it in 2019 jan to check whether I can control my diabetes without medicine. My blood sugar levels were always under fair control in these days. Should I start tablet again? Am a male, age 36 and ht 175 cms and weight 83 kg.
