The most commonly used medications for managing excessive sweating are anticholinergics. These include medicines such as: glycopyrrolate, oxybutynin, benztropine, propantheline, and others. Many hyperhidrosis patients experience success with anticholinergic therapy. ... Their use for hyperhidrosis is thus ?off-label?.
