I'm not using my bp tablet telma beta 40/50. it can be risky I am regularly check bp it can be130/90.

Don't be regular for your check-ups. There may be psychological impact that can much raised your bp. Check only once in a week. You can try homoeopathic medicine for permanent cure.

No medicine required if bp below 140. Your present tablet contains 2 different bp medicines. Check your bp monthly on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes. If it is invariably above 140, medicine is required. Ask your Dr. about alternative tablet with single chemical, avoid combination for mild hypertension, required only for severe cases.
