Rather than starting alprex you should first get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist to confirm whether high bp is actually due to anxiety. Once that is identified or confirmed there are non pharmacological methods by which anxiety can be treated, if that doesn't work then you should go for medication which treats anxiety rather than going for tablet like alprex which will help you only in short term, it will not remove anxeity for long term and later on you will need more doses of alprex or may dependent on that. So better to approach systematically and get root cause treated. All the best.
